1. What OpenWorldWork is
OpenWorldWork (the "Platform") is an open work board operated by OpenWorldWork (the "Operator"). On the Platform, companies ("Companies") post work paid by result, and registered people ("People") take it, do it and get paid for each confirmed result. The Platform intermediates, keeps records and, when guaranteed payment is used, holds and splits the money. The Platform is neither an employer, nor a placement agency, nor a party to the contract between Company and Person.
2. Accounts
Using the Platform requires an account with truthful data. Each natural or legal person may hold one Person account and one Company account, no more. Accounts are personal; whoever uses one is responsible for what is done with it. The Operator may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, post unlawful work, deliver fake results or try to be paid twice.
3. Work, results and payments between Company and Person
Every posted job states what must be done, for whom, the territory, excluded sectors and the pay: a percentage of each sale or a fixed amount per delivery. By taking a job the Person accepts those terms. Results are attributed through the Person's unique link and code (90-day window from the last access) or by delivery with the code; the Company confirms or rejects each result. Outside guaranteed payment, the Company pays the Person directly by the registered method and the Platform records the payment with its reference. The Company alone is responsible for paying what it posts; the Platform is not liable for non-payment outside guaranteed payment.
4. Guaranteed payment (escrow)
A Company may charge its end customer through the Platform using a payment link. The customer pays the Platform and the money is held. When the Company marks delivery, the customer may confirm; if the customer says nothing, the payment is released automatically after 7 days. If the customer opens a dispute, the Operator reviews both parties' evidence and decides to release or refund; that decision is final within the Platform, without prejudice to the parties' legal rights. On release, the Platform pays the Company its share and the Person their pay. On refund, the related sale and pay are voided.
5. Operator's commission
Signing up, posting, taking work and using the Platform are free. The Operator charges an intermediary commission of 5% on every payment processed with guarantee, borne by the Company and deducted in the split. People pay no fee or commission: they receive the posted pay in full. The Operator may change the commission with 30 days' notice; changes do not affect payments already held.
6. Payout methods and verification
Platform payouts are made by the means it indicates (bank transfer, USDT or others) to the payout method registered by each account. The Operator may require identity or account ownership verification before paying, and may hold payments on reasonable suspicion of fraud until clarified.
7. Prohibited uses
It is forbidden to: post or perform unlawful work or work requiring unlawful acts; impersonate another person or company; deliver fake, duplicated or simulated results; use the Platform for spam or deceptive solicitation; bypass the Platform to avoid the commission on transactions started in it; breach the service's security. Companies are responsible for their jobs complying with the law of the territories where they are performed and with the sectors they exclude.
8. Content and ownership
Each user keeps ownership of what they post and grants the Operator a licence to display it within the Platform and in the channels that distribute it (including job search engines). The Platform's software, design and brand belong to the Operator.
9. Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". The Operator does not guarantee results, work volume or income. Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the Operator's liability towards a user is limited to the commissions charged to that user in the previous twelve months. The Operator is not a party to the relationship between Company, Person and end customer and is not liable for the quality, legality or performance of jobs and deliveries.
10. Termination
Any user may close their account at any time; pending payments and ongoing guarantees are settled under these terms. The Operator may suspend the service for maintenance or security and close accounts for breach.
11. Changes, law and contact
These terms may be updated; the version in force is the one published on this page with its date. They are governed by the law of España; the parties will first try to resolve any conflict through the Operator. Contact: the email shown in the footer.
